절	Union Traditional	King James Version
1	以笏死後，以色列人又行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，	And the children of Israel again did evil in the sight of the Lord, when Ehud was dead.
2	耶和華就把他們付與在夏瑣作王的迦南王耶賓手中；他的將軍是西西拉，住在外邦人的夏羅設。	And the Lord sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, that reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose host was Sisera, which dwelt in Harosheth of the Gentiles.
3	耶賓王有鐵車九百輛。他大大欺壓以色列人二十年，以色列人就呼求耶和華。	And the children of Israel cried unto the Lord: for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he mightily oppressed the children of Israel.
4	有一位女先知名叫底波拉，是拉比多的妻，當時作以色列的士師。	And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.
5	她住在以法蓮山地拉瑪和伯特利中間，在底波拉的棕樹下。以色列人都上她那裡去聽判斷。	And she dwelt under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Beth–el in mount Ephraim: and the children of Israel came up to her for judgment.
6	她打發人從拿弗他利的基低斯將亞比挪菴的兒子巴拉召了來，對他說：「耶和華─以色列的神吩咐你說：『你率領一萬拿弗他利和西布倫人上他泊山去。	And she sent and called Barak the son of Abinoam out of Kedesh–naphtali, and said unto him, Hath not the Lord God of Israel commanded, saying, Go and draw toward mount Tabor, and take with thee ten thousand men of the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun?
7	我必使耶賓的將軍西西拉率領他的車輛和全軍往基順河，到你那裡去；我必將他交在你手中。』」	And I will draw unto thee to the river Kishon Sisera, the captain of Jabin’s army, with his chariots and his multitude; and I will deliver him into thine hand.
8	巴拉說：「你若同我去，我就去；你若不同我去，我就不去。」	And Barak said unto her, If thou wilt go with me, then I will go: but if thou wilt not go with me, then I will not go.
9	底波拉說：「我必與你同去，只是你在所行的路上得不著榮耀，因為耶和華要將西西拉交在一個婦人手裡。」於是底波拉起來，與巴拉一同往基低斯去了。	And she said, I will surely go with thee: notwithstanding the journey that thou takest shall not be for thine honour; for the Lord shall sell Sisera into the hand of a woman. And Deborah arose, and went with Barak to Kedesh.
10	巴拉就招聚西布倫人和拿弗他利人到基低斯，跟他上去的有一萬人。底波拉也同他上去。	And Barak called Zebulun and Naphtali to Kedesh; and he went up with ten thousand men at his feet: and Deborah went up with him.
11	摩西岳父（或譯：內兄）何巴的後裔，基尼人希百曾離開基尼族，到靠近基低斯、撒拿音的橡樹旁支搭帳棚。	Now Heber the Kenite, which was of the children of Hobab the father in law of Moses, had severed himself from the Kenites, and pitched his tent unto the plain of Zaanaim, which is by Kedesh.
12	有人告訴西西拉說：「亞比挪菴的兒子巴拉已經上他泊山了。」	And they shewed Sisera that Barak the son of Abinoam was gone up to mount Tabor.
13	西西拉就聚集所有的鐵車九百輛和跟隨他的全軍，從外邦人的夏羅設出來，到了基順河。	And Sisera gathered together all his chariots, even nine hundred chariots of iron, and all the people that were with him, from Harosheth of the Gentiles unto the river of Kishon.
14	底波拉對巴拉說：「你起來，今日就是耶和華將西西拉交在你手的日子。耶和華豈不在你前頭行嗎？」於是巴拉下了他泊山，跟隨他有一萬人。	And Deborah said unto Barak, Up; for this is the day in which the Lord hath delivered Sisera into thine hand: is not the Lord gone out before thee? So Barak went down from mount Tabor, and ten thousand men after him.
15	耶和華使西西拉和他一切車輛全軍潰亂，在巴拉面前被刀殺敗；西西拉下車步行逃跑。	And the Lord discomfited Sisera, and all his chariots, and all his host, with the edge of the sword before Barak; so that Sisera lighted down off his chariot, and fled away on his feet.
16	巴拉追趕車輛、軍隊，直到外邦人的夏羅設。西西拉的全軍都倒在刀下，沒有留下一人。	But Barak pursued after the chariots, and after the host, unto Harosheth of the Gentiles: and all the host of Sisera fell upon the edge of the sword; and there was not a man left.
17	只有西西拉步行逃跑，到了基尼人希百之妻雅億的帳棚，因為夏瑣王耶賓與基尼人希百家和好。	Howbeit Sisera fled away on his feet to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite: for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite.
18	雅億出來迎接西西拉，對他說：「請我主進來，不要懼怕」；西西拉就進了她的帳棚。雅億用被將他遮蓋。	And Jael went out to meet Sisera, and said unto him, Turn in, my lord, turn in to me; fear not. And when he had turned in unto her into the tent, she covered him with a mantle.
19	西西拉對雅億說：「我渴了，求你給我一點水喝。」雅億就打開皮袋，給他奶子喝，仍舊把他遮蓋。	And he said unto her, Give me, I pray thee, a little water to drink; for I am thirsty. And she opened a bottle of milk, and gave him drink, and covered him.
20	西西拉又對雅億說：「請你站在帳棚門口，若有人來問你說：『有人在這裡沒有？』你就說：『沒有。』」	Again he said unto her, Stand in the door of the tent, and it shall be, when any man doth come and enquire of thee, and say, Is there any man here? that thou shalt say, No.
21	西西拉疲乏沉睡。希百的妻雅億取了帳棚的橛子，手裡拿著錘子，輕悄悄地到他旁邊，將橛子從他鬢邊釘進去，釘入地裡。西西拉就死了。	Then Jael Heber’s wife took a nail of the tent, and took an hammer in her hand, and went softly unto him, and smote the nail into his temples, and fastened it into the ground: for he was fast asleep and weary. So he died.
22	巴拉追趕西西拉的時候，雅億出來迎接他說：「來吧，我將你所尋找的人給你看。」他就進入帳棚，看見西西拉已經死了，倒在地上，橛子還在他鬢中。	And, behold, as Barak pursued Sisera, Jael came out to meet him, and said unto him, Come, and I will shew thee the man whom thou seekest. And when he came into her tent, behold, Sisera lay dead, and the nail was in his temples.
23	這樣，神使迦南王耶賓被以色列人制伏了。	So God subdued on that day Jabin the king of Canaan before the children of Israel.
24	從此以色列人的手越發有力，勝了迦南王耶賓，直到將他滅絕了。	And the hand of the children of Israel prospered, and prevailed against Jabin the king of Canaan, until they had destroyed Jabin king of Canaan.
