| 1 | 耶和華 曉諭 摩西 說： | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 2 | 「你吩咐 以色列 人，使一切 長大痲瘋的， 患漏症的，並 因死屍 不潔淨的，都出 營外去。 | Command the children of Israel, that they put out of the camp every leper, and every one that hath an issue, and whosoever is defiled by the dead: |
| 3 | 無論男 女 都要使他們出 到 營 外，免得 污穢 他們的營；這營 是我 所 住的。」 | Both male and female shall ye put out, without the camp shall ye put them; that they defile not their camps, in the midst whereof I dwell. |
| 4 | 以色列 人 就這樣 行，使他們 出 到 營 外。耶和華 怎樣 吩咐 摩西，以色列 人 就怎樣 行了。 | And the children of Israel did so, and put them out without the camp: as the Lord spake unto Moses, so did the children of Israel. |
| 5 | 耶和華 對 摩西 說： | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 6 | 「你曉諭 以色列 人說：無論男 女，若 犯 了人 所常 犯的罪，以致干 犯 耶和華，那 人 就有了罪。 | Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against the Lord, and that person be guilty; |
| 7 | 他要承認 所 犯 的罪，將 所虧負人的，如數 賠還，另外加 上 五分之一，也歸 與所 虧負的人。 | Then they shall confess their sin which they have done: and he shall recompense his trespass with the principal thereof, and add unto it the fifth part thereof, and give it unto him against whom he hath trespassed. |
| 8 | 那人 若 沒有 親屬 可受 所賠還的，那所賠還的 就要歸 與服事耶和華 的祭司；至於那 為他 贖罪的 公羊 是在外。 | But if the man have no kinsman to recompense the trespass unto, let the trespass be recompensed unto the Lord, even to the priest; beside the ram of the atonement, whereby an atonement shall be made for him. |
| 9 | 以色列 人 一切的 聖物中，所 奉 給祭司 的舉祭 都 要歸 與祭司。 | And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they bring unto the priest, shall be his. |
| 10 | 各人 所 分別為聖的物，無論是 甚麼，都要歸 給祭司。」 | And every man’s hallowed things shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the priest, it shall be his. |
| 11 | 耶和華 對 摩西 說： | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 12 | 「你曉諭 以色列 人 說：人 的妻 若 有邪行，得 罪 她丈夫， | Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man’s wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him, |
| 13 | 有人 與她 行淫，事情嚴密，瞞過 她丈夫，而且她 被玷污，沒有 作見證的人，當她 行淫的時候也沒有 被捉住， | And a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be defiled, and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken with the manner; |
| 14 | 她丈夫 生了 疑恨 的心，疑恨 她，她是 被玷污，或是 她丈夫 生了 疑恨 的心，疑恨 她，她 並沒有 被玷污， | And the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled: or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled: |
| 15 | 這人 就要將 妻 送 到 祭司那裡，又為她 帶著 大麥 麵 伊法 十分之一 作 供物，不可 澆 上 油，也不可 加 上 乳香；因為 這是 疑恨 的素祭，是思念 的素祭，使人思念 罪孽。 | Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance. |
| 16 | 「祭司 要使那婦人 近前來，站 在耶和華 面前。 | And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the Lord: |
| 17 | 祭司 要把聖 水 盛 在瓦 器裡， 又從帳幕的 地上 取 點 塵土，放 在 水中。 | And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water: |
| 18 | 祭司 要叫 那婦人 蓬 頭 散髮，站 在耶和華 面前，把 思念 的素祭，就是 疑恨 的素祭，放 在 她手中。祭司 手 裡拿著 致咒詛 的苦 水， | And the priest shall set the woman before the Lord, and uncover the woman’s head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse: |
| 19 | 要叫婦人 起誓，對 她 說：『若 沒有 人 與你 行淫，也 未曾 背 著 丈夫 做污穢的事，你就免受 這 致咒詛 苦 水的災。 | And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse: |
| 20 | 你 若 背 著 丈夫 行了污穢的事，在你丈夫 以外 有人 與你 行 淫， | But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband: |
| 21 | （祭司叫 婦人 發咒 起誓）， 願耶和華 叫你 大腿 消瘦， 肚腹 發脹， 使 你 在你民 中 被人咒詛，成了誓語； | Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The Lord make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the Lord doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell; |
| 22 | 並且這 致咒詛 的水 入 你的腸中，要叫你的肚腹 發脹，大腿 消瘦。』婦人 要回答說：『阿們，阿們。』 | And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen. |
| 23 | 「祭司 要寫 這 咒詛 的話，將所寫的字抹 在 苦 水裡， | And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water: |
| 24 | 又叫 婦人 喝 這致咒詛 的苦 水；這水 要進入 她裡面 變苦了。 | And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter. |
| 25 | 祭司 要從婦人 的手 中取 那疑恨 的素祭，在耶和華 面前 搖一搖，拿 到 壇前； | Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the offering before the Lord, and offer it upon the altar: |
| 26 | 又要從素祭 中取出一把，作為 這事的紀念，燒 在壇上，然後 叫 婦人 喝 這水。 | And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water. |
| 27 | 叫她喝了以後， 她若 被玷污，得罪 了丈夫，這致咒詛 的水 必進入 她裡面 變苦了，她的肚腹 就要發脹，大腿 就要消瘦，那婦人 便要 在他民 中 被人咒詛。 | And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people. |
| 28 | 若 婦人 沒有 被玷污，卻是 清潔的，就要免受這災，且要懷孕。 | And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed. |
| 29 | 「妻子 背 著 丈夫 行了污穢的事， | This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead of her husband, and is defiled; |
| 30 | 或是 人 生了 疑恨 的心，疑恨 他的妻，就有這 疑恨 的條例。那時他要叫 婦人 站 在耶和華 面前，祭司 要在她身上 照 這 條例 而行。 | Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the Lord, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law. |
| 31 | 男人 就為無 罪， 婦人 必擔當 自己的罪孽。」 | Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity. |
