| 1 | 耶和華 曉諭 摩西 說： | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 2 | 「你要用銀子 做 兩 枝號，都要 錘出來的，用以 招聚 會眾，並叫 眾營 起行。 | Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps. |
| 3 | 吹 這號的時候，全 會眾 要到你那裡，聚集 在 會 幕 門口。 | And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. |
| 4 | 若 單吹 一枝，眾首領，就是以色列 軍中 的統領，要聚集 到你那裡。 | And if they blow but with one trumpet, then the princes, which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves unto thee. |
| 5 | 吹出 大聲的時候，東邊 安 的營 都要起行。 | When ye blow an alarm, then the camps that lie on the east parts shall go forward. |
| 6 | 二次 吹出 大聲的時候，南邊 安 的營 都要起行。他們將起行，必吹出 大聲。 | When ye blow an alarm the second time, then the camps that lie on the south side shall take their journey: they shall blow an alarm for their journeys. |
| 7 | 但招聚 會眾的時候，你們要吹號，卻不要 吹出大聲。 | But when the congregation is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm. |
| 8 | 亞倫 子孫 作祭司 的要吹 這號；這要作 你們 世世代代 永遠 的定例。 | And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations. |
| 9 | 你們在自己的地，與 欺壓 你們 的敵人 打 仗，就要用號 吹出大聲，便在耶和華─你們的 神 面前 得蒙紀念，也蒙拯救 脫離仇敵。 | And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the Lord your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies. |
| 10 | 在你們快樂 的日子 和節期，並月 朔， 獻燔祭 和 平安 祭，也要吹 號，這都要在你們的 神 面前 作為紀念。我 是耶和華─你們的 神。」 | Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the Lord your God. |

| 14 | 按著軍隊 首先 往前行 的是猶大 營 的纛。統領 軍隊 的是亞米拿達 的兒子 拿順。 | In the first place went the standard of the camp of the children of Judah according to their armies: and over his host was Nahshon the son of Amminadab. |

| 18 | 按著軍隊 往前行 的是流便 營 的纛。統領 軍隊 的是示丟珥 的兒子 以利蓿。 | And the standard of the camp of Reuben set forward according to their armies: and over his host was Elizur the son of Shedeur. |
| 19 | 統領 西緬 支派 軍隊 的是蘇利沙代 的兒子 示路蔑。 | And over the host of the tribe of the children of Simeon was Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai. |

| 30 | 何巴回答說：「我不 去； 我要回 本地 本族那裡去。」 | And he said unto him, I will not go; but I will depart to mine own land, and to my kindred. |
| 31 | 摩西說：「求你 不要 離開 我們；因為 你知道 我們要在曠野 安營，你可以當作 我們的 眼目。 | And he said, Leave us not, I pray thee; forasmuch as thou knowest how we are to encamp in the wilderness, and thou mayest be to us instead of eyes. |
| 32 | 你 若 和我們 同去，將來耶和華 有 甚麼 好處 待 我們，我們也必以甚麼 好處待 你。」 | And it shall be, if thou go with us, yea, it shall be, that what goodness the Lord shall do unto us, the same will we do unto thee. |
| 33 | 以色列人離開 耶和華 的山，往前行了三 天 的路程；耶和華 的約 櫃 在前頭 行了 三 天 的路程，為他們 尋找 安歇的地方。 | And they departed from the mount of the Lord three days’ journey: and the ark of the covenant of the Lord went before them in the three days’ journey, to search out a resting place for them. |
| 34 | 他們拔 營 往前行，日間 有耶和華 的雲彩 在他們以上。 | And the cloud of the Lord was upon them by day, when they went out of the camp. |
| 35 | 約櫃 往前行的時候，摩西 就說：「耶和華啊，求你興起！願你的仇敵 四散！願恨 你的人從你面前 逃跑！」 | And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, Lord, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee before thee. |
| 36 | 約櫃停住的時候，他就說：「耶和華啊，求你回到 以色列 的千 萬人中！」 | And when it rested, he said, Return, O Lord, unto the many thousands of Israel. |
