| 1 | 我們 堅固的人 應該 擔代 不堅固人 的軟弱， 不 求自己的 喜悅。 | We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. |
| 2 | 我們 各人 務要叫鄰舍 喜悅，使 他得益處， 建立德行。 | Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification. |
| 3 | 因為 基督 也 不 求自己 的喜悅， 如 經上所記：「辱罵 你 人的辱罵 都落 在 我身上。」 | For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me. |
| 4 | 從前所寫的 聖經 都是為 教訓 我們 寫的，叫 我們因 聖經 所生的忍耐 和 安慰 可以得著 盼望。 | For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. |
| 5 | 但願賜忍耐 安慰的 神 叫 你們 彼此 同心，效法 基督 耶穌， | Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus: |
| 6 | 一心 一 口 榮耀 神─ 我們 主 耶穌 基督 的父！ | That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. |
| 7 | 所以，你們要彼此 接納， 如同基督 接納 你們 一樣，使 榮耀歸與 神。 | Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God. |
| 8 | 我說，基督 是 為 神 真理 作了受割禮人 的執事，要 證實 所應許 列祖的話， | Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers: |
| 9 | 並叫 外邦人 因 他的憐憫 榮耀 神。如 經上所記：因 此，我要在外邦 中 稱讚 你， 歌頌 你的 名； | And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name. |
| 10 | 又 說：你們外邦人 當與主的 百姓 一同 歡樂； | And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people. |
| 11 | 又說： 外邦啊，你們當讚美 主！ 萬 民哪，你們都當頌讚 他！ | And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people. |
| 12 | 又有 以賽亞 說：將來有 耶西 的根，就是 那興起來 要治理 外邦的；外邦人 要仰望 他。 | And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust. |
| 13 | 但願 使人有盼望的 神，因 信 將諸般的 喜樂、 平安 充滿 你們的心，使 你們 藉著 聖 靈 的能力 大有 盼望！ | Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. |
| 14 | 弟兄們，我 自己 也 深信 你們 是 滿有 良善，充足了 諸般的 知識，也 能 彼此 勸戒。 | And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another. |
| 15 | 但 我稍微放膽 寫信給 你們，是要 提醒你們的 記性，特因 神 所 給 我 的恩典， | Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me of God, |
| 16 | 使我 為 外邦人 作 基督 耶穌 的僕役，作 神 福音 的祭司，叫 所獻上的 外邦人，因著 聖 靈 成為聖潔，可 蒙悅納。 | That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost. |
| 17 | 所以論到 神的事，我在 基督 耶穌 裡有 可誇的。 | I have therefore whereof I may glory through Jesus Christ in those things which pertain to God. |
| 18 | 除了 基督 藉我做的 那些事，我甚麼都不 敢 提，只提他藉 我 言語 作為，用 神蹟 奇事 的能力，並 聖靈 的能力，使 外邦人 順服； | For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed, |
| 19 | 甚至 我 從 耶路撒冷， 直轉 到 以利哩古，到處傳了 基督的 福音。 | Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. |
| 20 | 我立了志向，不 在基督 的名被稱過 的地方 傳福音，免得 建造 在別人的 根基 上。 | Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man’s foundation: |
| 21 | 就如 經上所記： 未曾 聞知 他信息 的，將要看見； 未曾 聽過的，將要明白。 | But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand. |
| 22 | 我因 多次 被攔阻，總不得到 你們 那裡去。 | For which cause also I have been much hindered from coming to you. |
| 23 | 但 如今，在 這裡 再沒 有 可傳的地方，而且 這好幾 年，我切心想望 到 西班牙去的時候，可以到 你們那裡， | But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come unto you; |
| 24 | 盼望 從你們那裡經過， 得見 你們，先 與 你們彼此交往， 心裡稍微 滿足，然後 蒙 你們 送行。 | Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company. |
| 25 | 但 現在，我往 耶路撒冷 去 供給 聖徒。 | But now I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints. |
| 26 | 因為 馬其頓 和 亞該亞人 樂意 湊出 捐項 給 耶路撒冷 聖徒 中的窮人。 | For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem. |
| 27 | 這固然 是他們樂意的， 其實也算是 所欠的債；因 外邦人 既然 在他們 屬靈的 好處上有分，就 當 把 養身之物 供給 他們。 | It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things. |
| 28 | 等 我辦完了 這事， 把這 善果 向他們 交付明白，我就要路過 你們那裡，往 西班牙去。 | When therefore I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain. |
| 29 | 我也曉得，去 的時候必帶著 基督 豐盛的 恩典 而去。 | And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ. |
| 30 | 弟兄們，我藉著 我們主 耶穌 基督，又 藉著 聖靈 的愛，勸 你們 與我 一同竭力，為 我 祈求 神， | Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me; |
| 31 | 叫我脫離 在 猶太 不順從的人，也 叫 我 為 耶路撒冷 所辦的捐項 可 蒙聖徒 悅納， | That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judea; and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints; |
| 32 | 並叫 我順著 神 的旨意， 歡歡喜喜地 到 你們那裡，與你們 同得安息。 | That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed. |
| 33 | 願 賜平安的 神 常和你們 眾人 同在。阿們！ | Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen. |
