| 10 | 好叫你們行事為人 對得起 主， 凡事 蒙他喜悅，在 一切 善 事 上結果子， 漸漸地多 知道 神； | That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; |
| 11 | 照 他 榮耀的 權能，得以在 各樣的 力 上加力，好叫 你們凡事 歡歡喜喜地 忍耐 寬容； | Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; |
| 12 | 又感謝 父， 叫我們 能 與眾聖徒 在光明 中 同得 基業。 | Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: |
| 13 | 他 救了 我們 脫離 黑暗 的權勢， 把我們遷 到 他 愛 子 的國裡； | Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: |
| 14 | 我們在 愛子 裡得蒙 救贖，罪過 得以赦免。 | In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: |
| 15 | 愛子 是 那不能看見之 神 的像，是首生的，在一切 被造的以先。 | Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: |
| 16 | 因為 萬有 都是靠 他 造的，無論是天 上的， 地 上的；能看見的， 不能看見的；或是 有位的， 主治的， 執政的， 掌權的；一概 都是藉著 他 造的，又是 為 他造的。 | For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: |
| 17 | 他 在 萬有 之先；萬有 也 靠 他 而立。 | And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. |
| 18 | 他 也 是 教會 全體 之首。他 是 元始，是從 死裡 首先復生的，使 他 可以在 凡事 上居 首位。 | And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. |
| 19 | 因為 父喜歡 叫一切的 豐盛 在他 裡面 居住。 | For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; |
| 20 | 既然 藉著 他 在十字架 上所流的血 成就了和平，便藉著 他 叫萬有─無論 是地 上的、 天 上的─都與 自己 和好了。 | And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. |
| 21 | 你們 從前 與 神隔絕， 因著 惡 行，心裡 與他為敵。 | And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled |
| 22 | 但 如今 他 藉著 基督的肉 身 受 死，叫你們 與自己和好，都成了 聖潔， 沒有瑕疵， 無可責備，把你們引到自己 面前。 | In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: |
| 23 | 只要 你們在所信的 道上恆心，根基穩固， 堅定不移， 不至被引動失去（原文是離開）福音 的盼望。這 福音就是你們所聽過的， 也是傳 與 普天 下萬人聽的（原文是凡 受造的）， 我－保羅 也作了 這福音的執事。 | If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister; |
| 24 | 現在 我 為 你們 受苦，倒覺歡樂；並且 為基督的 身體，就是 為教會，要在 我 肉身上 補滿 基督 患難 的缺欠。 | Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church: |
| 25 | 我 照 神 為 你們 所賜 我 的 職分 作了 教會的執事，要把 神 的道理 傳得全備， | Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; |
| 26 | 這 道理就是 歷世 歷代 所隱藏的 奧祕；但 如今 向他 的聖徒 顯明了。 | Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: |
| 27 | 神 願意 叫他們 知道，這 奧祕 在外邦人 中 有何等 豐盛的 榮耀， 就是 基督 在 你們 心裡成了有榮耀的 盼望。 | To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: |
| 28 | 我們 傳揚 他，是用 諸般的 智慧，勸戒 各 人， 教導 各 人，要把 各 人 在 基督 裡完完全全地 引到 神面前。 | Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: |
| 29 | 我也 為此 勞苦，照著 他 在我 裡面 運用 的大能 盡心竭力。 | Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily. |
