| 1 | 我們既然 蒙憐憫，受了 這 職分，就不 喪膽， | Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; |
| 2 | 乃 將那些暗昧 可恥 的事棄絕了；不 行 詭詐，不 謬講 神 的道理，只 將真理 表明出來，好在 神 面前 把自己 薦 與 各 人 的良心。 | But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. |
| 3 | 如果 我們的 福音 蒙蔽，就是 蒙蔽 在 滅亡的人身上。 | But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: |
| 4 | 此等不信 之人 被這 世界 的神 弄瞎 了心眼，不叫 基督 榮耀 福音 的光 照 著他們。基督 本是 神 的像。 | In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. |
| 5 | 我們原不是 傳 自己，乃是 傳基督 耶穌 為主，並且 自己 因 耶穌 作你們的 僕人。 | For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake. |
| 6 | 那 吩咐 光 從 黑暗 裡照出來的 神， 已經照 在 我們 心裡，叫 我們得知 神 榮耀 的光 顯在 耶穌 基督 的面上。 | For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. |
| 7 | 我們有 這 寶貝 放在 瓦 器裡，要 顯明這莫大的 能力 是出於 神， 不是 出於 我們。 | But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. |
| 8 | 我們 四面 受敵，卻 不 被困住；心裡作難，卻 不 至失望； | We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; |
| 9 | 遭逼迫，卻 不 被丟棄；打倒了，卻 不 至死亡。 | Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; |
| 10 | 身 上 常 帶著 耶穌的 死，使 耶穌的 生 也 顯明 在我們 身 上。 | Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. |
| 11 | 因為我們 這 活著 的人是常 為 耶穌 被交 於 死地，使 耶穌 的生 在 我們 這必死的 身上 顯明出來。 | For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. |
| 12 | 這樣看來，死 是在 我們 身上發動，生 卻 在 你們身上發動。 | So then death worketh in us, but life in you. |
| 13 | 但 我們既有 信心，正如 經上記著說：「我因信，所以 如此說話。」我們 也 信，所以 也 說話。 | We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; |
| 14 | 自己知道 那叫 主 耶穌 復活的，也 必叫我們 與 耶穌 一同復活，並且 叫我們與 你們 一同站在他面前。 | Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you. |
| 15 | 凡事 都是為 你們，好叫 恩惠 因 人多 越發加增，感謝 格外顯多，以致 榮耀歸與 神。 | For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God. |
| 16 | 所以，我們 不 喪膽。外體 雖然 毀壞， 內心 卻 一天 新 似 一天。 | For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. |
| 17 | 我們 這 至暫 至輕 的苦楚，要為我們 成就 極 重 無比、永遠的 榮耀。 | For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; |
| 18 | 原來我們 不是 顧念 所見的，乃是 顧念所不 見的；因為 所見的 是暫時的， 所不 見的 是永遠的。 | While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. |
