| 2 | 我若 有 先知講道之能，也 明白 各樣 的奧祕， 各樣 的知識， 而且 有 全備 的信，叫 我能夠移 山，卻 沒 有 愛，我就算 不得甚麼。 | And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. |
| 3 | 我若 將所有 的 賙濟窮人，又 捨 己 身 叫 人焚燒，卻 沒 有 愛，仍然與我無 益。 | And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. |

| 7 | 凡事 包容，凡事 相信，凡事 盼望，凡事 忍耐。 | Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. |
| 8 | 愛 是永不 止息。先知 講道之能終必 歸於無有；說方言 之能終必 停止；知識 也終必 歸於無有。 | Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. |
| 9 | 我們現在 所知道 的有限，先知所講的 也 有限， | For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. |
| 10 | 等 那完全的 來到，這有限的必歸於 無有了。 | But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. |
