| 2 | 愿我的祷告达到你面前；求你侧耳听我的呼求！ | Let my prayer come before thee: incline thine ear unto my cry; |
| 3 | 因为我心里满了患难；我的性命临近阴间。 | For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave. |
| 4 | 我算和下坑的人同列，如同无力（或译：没有帮助）的人一样。 | I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength: |
| 5 | 我被丢在死人中，好像被杀的人躺在坟墓里。他们是你不再记念的，与你隔绝了。 | Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand. |

| 9 | 我的眼睛因困苦而干瘪。耶和华啊，我天天求告你，向你举手。 | Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: Lord, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee. |
| 10 | 你岂要行奇事给死人看吗？难道阴魂还能起来称赞你吗？（细拉） | Wilt thou shew wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise and praise thee? Selah. |
| 11 | 岂能在坟墓里述说你的慈爱吗？岂能在灭亡中述说你的信实吗？ | Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? or thy faithfulness in destruction? |
| 12 | 你的奇事岂能在幽暗里被知道吗？你的公义岂能在忘记之地被知道吗？ | Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness? |
| 13 | 耶和华啊，我呼求你；我早晨的祷告要达到你面前。 | But unto thee have I cried, O Lord; and in the morning shall my prayer prevent thee. |
| 14 | 耶和华啊，你为何丢弃我？为何掩面不顾我？ | Lord, why castest thou off my soul? why hidest thou thy face from me? |
| 15 | 我自幼受苦，几乎死亡；我受你的惊恐，甚至慌张。 | I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up: while I suffer thy terrors I am distracted. |
| 16 | 你的烈怒漫过我身；你的惊吓把我剪除。 | Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off. |
| 17 | 这些终日如水环绕我，一齐都来围困我。 | They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about together. |
| 18 | 你把我的良朋密友隔在远处，使我所认识的人进入黑暗里。 | Lover and friend hast thou put far from me, and mine acquaintance into darkness. |
