| 2 | 有许多人议论我说：他得不着 神的帮助。（细拉） | Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah. |
| 3 | 但你―耶和华是我四围的盾牌，是我的荣耀，又是叫我抬起头来的。 | But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. |
| 4 | 我用我的声音求告耶和华，他就从他的圣山上应允我。（细拉） | I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah. |
