| 2 | 耶和华―我的 神啊，我曾呼求你，你医治了我。 | O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. |
| 3 | 耶和华啊，你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。 | O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. |
| 4 | 耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他，称赞他可记念的圣名。 | Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. |
| 5 | 因为，他的怒气不过是转眼之间；他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。 | For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. |
| 6 | 至于我，我凡事平顺便说：我永不动摇。 | And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved. |
| 7 | 耶和华啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山稳固；你掩了面，我就惊惶。 | Lord, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled. |

| 9 | 我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚么益处呢？尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实么？ | What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth? |
| 10 | 耶和华啊，求你应允我，怜恤我！耶和华啊，求你帮助我！ | Hear, O Lord, and have mercy upon me: Lord, be thou my helper. |
| 11 | 你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐， | Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; |
