| 1 | （大卫的诗。）耶和华啊，我曾求告你，求你快快临到我这里！我求告你的时候，愿你留心听我的声音！ | Lord, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee. |
| 2 | 愿我的祷告如香陈列在你面前！愿我举手祈求，如献晚祭！ | Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. |
| 3 | 耶和华啊，求你禁止我的口，把守我的嘴！ | Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips. |
| 4 | 求你不叫我的心偏向邪恶，以致我和作孽的人同行恶事；也不叫我吃他们的美食。 | Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties. |
| 5 | 任凭义人击打我，这算为仁慈；任凭他责备我，这算为头上的膏油；我的头不要躲闪。正在他们行恶的时候，我仍要祈祷。 | Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities. |

| 10 | 愿恶人落在自己的网里，我却得以逃脱。 | Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape. |
