1 此後、我聞在天若羣衆之大聲、曰、阿利路亞、救與榮與能、皆歸我之上帝、 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:
2 以其鞫眞且義也、蓋曾鞫以淫汚世之大妓、且於彼身、伸其諸僕流血之寃也、 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
3 又曰、阿利路亞、焚彼之煙上騰、以至世世、 And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
4 二十四長老、與四生物、遂伏拜居於座之上帝曰、阿們、阿利路亞、 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
5 有聲自座出曰、凡爲其僕而畏之者、卑與尊皆宜頌我上帝、 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.
6 我又聞若羣衆之聲、衆水之聲、大雷之聲、曰、阿利路亞、蓋主我上帝全能者王矣、 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
7 我儕當欣喜歡樂、以榮歸之、蓋羔之婚期已至、其婦已自備矣、 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8 且令其自衣以枲、光而潔、蓋枲乃聖徒之義行也、 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9 又謂我曰、書之、凡見召赴羔之婚筵者福矣、又曰、此乃上帝誠實之言也、 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
10 我遂伏其足前拜之、彼謂我曰、毋以爲也、我與爾及爾諸兄弟、爲耶穌之證者、同爲僕、爾當拜上帝也、蓋耶穌之證、乃豫言之大旨也、○ And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
11 我又見天開、有白馬焉、乘之者稱爲忠信誠實、其鞫其戰、無不義也、 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12 目如火焰、首戴數冕、且書以名、己之外無識之者、 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 衣以灑血之衣、其名稱爲上帝道、 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14 在天衆軍、乘白馬而從之、皆衣枲、白且潔、 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 口出利劍、將以擊列邦、且以鐵杖牧之、全能上帝恚怒之酒醡、彼亦踐之、 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16 其衣及股、有名書曰、諸王之王、諸主之主、○ And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
17 我又見一使立於日中、大聲而呼、謂凡飛於天空之鳥曰、來、集於上帝之盛筵、 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
18 俾得食君王將帥勇士、及馬與乘之者、或自主爲奴、與卑者尊者之肉、○ That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
19 我又見獸及世上諸王、並其軍咸集、欲與乘馬者及其軍戰、 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
20 獸被執、僞先知亦然、卽昔行異蹟於獸前、以惑受獸印誌、而拜其像者、二者生投於火湖、以硫焚之、 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
21 餘皆見殺於乘馬者口出之劍、衆鳥皆飽其肉焉、 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
