1 猶大州人、爲巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒虜至巴比倫者、今自俘囚、返耶路撒冷及猶大、各歸其邑、 Now these are the children of the province that went up out of the captivity, of those which had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away unto Babylon, and came again unto Jerusalem and Judah, every one unto his city;
2 乃與所羅巴伯、耶書亞、尼希米、西賚亞、利來亞、末底改、必珊、米斯拔、比革瓦伊、利宏、巴拿偕來、其數如左、 Which came with Zerubbabel: Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:
3 巴錄裔、二千一百七十二人、 The children of Parosh, two thousand an hundred seventy and two.
4 示法提雅裔、三百七十二人、 The children of Shephatiah, three hundred seventy and two.
5 亞拉裔、七百七十五人、 The children of Arah, seven hundred seventy and five.
6 巴哈摩押裔、卽耶書亞及約押子孫、二千八百十二人、 The children of Pahath–moab, of the children of Jeshua and Joab, two thousand eight hundred and twelve.
7 以攔裔、一千二百五十四人、 The children of Elam, a thousand two hundred fifty and four.
8 薩土裔、九百四十五人、 The children of Zattu, nine hundred forty and five.
9 薩改裔、七百六十人、 The children of Zaccai, seven hundred and threescore.
10 巴尼裔、六百四十二人、 The children of Bani, six hundred forty and two.
11 比拜裔、六百二十三人、 The children of Bebai, six hundred twenty and three.
12 押甲裔、一千二百二十二人、 The children of Azgad, a thousand two hundred twenty and two.
13 亞多尼干裔、六百六十六人、 The children of Adonikam, six hundred sixty and six.
14 比革瓦伊裔、二千有五十六人、 The children of Bigvai, two thousand fifty and six.

40 利未人、何達威雅裔、卽耶書亞甲篾子孫、七十四人、 The Levites: the children of Jeshua and Kadmiel, of the children of Hodaviah, seventy and four.
41 謳歌者、亞薩裔、一百二十八人、 The singers: the children of Asaph, an hundred twenty and eight.
42 司閽者、沙龍、亞特、達們、亞谷、哈底大、朔拜之裔、共一百三十九人、 The children of the porters: the children of Shallum, the children of Ater, the children of Talmon, the children of Akkub, the children of Hatita, the children of Shobai, in all an hundred thirty and nine.
43 尼提甯人、西哈、哈蘇巴、答巴俄、 The Nethinims: the children of Ziha, the children of Hasupha, the children of Tabbaoth,
44 基綠、西亞、巴頓、 The children of Keros, the children of Siaha, the children of Padon,
45 利巴拿、哈迦巴、亞谷、 The children of Lebanah, the children of Hagabah, the children of Akkub,
46 哈甲、薩買、哈難、 The children of Hagab, the children of Shalmai, the children of Hanan,
47 吉德、迦哈、利亞雅、 The children of Giddel, the children of Gahar, the children of Reaiah,
48 利汛、尼哥大、迦散、 The children of Rezin, the children of Nekoda, the children of Gazzam,
49 烏撒、巴西亞、比賽、 The children of Uzza, the children of Paseah, the children of Besai,
50 押拿、米烏甯、尼普心、 The children of Asnah, the children of Mehunim, the children of Nephusim,
51 巴卜、哈古巴、哈忽、 The children of Bakbuk, the children of Hakupha, the children of Harhur,
52 巴洗律、米希大、哈沙、 The children of Bazluth, the children of Mehida, the children of Harsha,
53 巴柯、西西拉、答瑪、 The children of Barkos, the children of Sisera, the children of Thamah,
54 尼細亞、哈提法、諸人之裔、 The children of Neziah, the children of Hatipha.
55 所羅門僕之後、瑣太、瑣斐列、比路大、 The children of Solomon’s servants: the children of Sotai, the children of Sophereth, the children of Peruda,
56 雅拉、達昆、吉德、 The children of Jaalah, the children of Darkon, the children of Giddel,
57 示法提雅、哈替、玻黑列哈斯巴音、亞米、諸人之裔、 The children of Shephatiah, the children of Hattil, the children of Pochereth of Zebaim, the children of Ami.
58 尼提甯人、及所羅門僕之後、共三百九十二人、 All the Nethinims, and the children of Solomon’s servants, were three hundred ninety and two.
59 有自特米拉、特哈薩、基綠、押但、音麥而來者、不能述其宗族譜系、不知屬以色列否、 And these were they which went up from Tel–melah, Tel–harsa, Cherub, Addan, and Immer: but they could not shew their father’s house, and their seed, whether they were of Israel:
60 卽第來雅、多比雅、尼哥大之裔、共六百五十二人、 The children of Delaiah, the children of Tobiah, the children of Nekoda, six hundred fifty and two.
61 祭司之後、有哈巴雅、哈哥斯、巴西萊之裔、巴西萊娶基列人巴西萊之女、因以其名名己、 And of the children of the priests: the children of Habaiah, the children of Koz, the children of Barzillai; which took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called after their name:
62 此三家之裔、索其譜系不獲、故爲不潔、不得供祭司之職、 These sought their register among those that were reckoned by genealogy, but they were not found: therefore were they, as polluted, put from the priesthood.
63 方伯曰、至聖之物、彼不可食、迨至有烏陵土明之祭司起、 And the Tirshatha said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.
64 會衆計四萬二千三百六十人、 The whole congregation together was forty and two thousand three hundred and threescore,
65 此外、有僕婢七千三百三十七人、男女謳歌者二百人、 Beside their servants and their maids, of whom there were seven thousand three hundred thirty and seven: and there were among them two hundred singing men and singing women.
66 馬七百三十六、騾二百四十五、 Their horses were seven hundred thirty and six; their mules, two hundred forty and five;
67 駝四百三十五、驢六千七百二十、 Their camels, four hundred thirty and five; their asses, six thousand seven hundred and twenty.
68 有族長至耶路撒冷耶和華之室、爲之樂輸、重建上帝室於其所、 And some of the chief of the fathers, when they came to the house of the Lord which is at Jerusalem, offered freely for the house of God to set it up in his place:
69 量力納於工作庫、金幣六萬一千、銀五千彌拿、祭司之衣一百、 They gave after their ability unto the treasure of the work threescore and one thousand drams of gold, and five thousand pound of silver, and one hundred priests’ garments.
70 於是祭司利未人、民間庶人、謳歌者、司閽者、尼提甯人、與以色列衆、各居其邑、 So the priests, and the Levites, and some of the people, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinims, dwelt in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.
