| 1 | 上帝爲我之力、其大聲謳歌之、向雅各之上帝、發其歡聲兮、 | Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob. |
| 2 | 謳歌播鼗、執琴與瑟、 | Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel, the pleasant harp with the psaltery. |
| 3 | 朔望節期、尚其吹角兮、 | Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day. |
| 4 | 此乃以色列之例、雅各上帝之法兮、 | For this was a statute for Israel, and a law of the God of Jacob. |
| 5 | 彼出擊埃及時、於約瑟中、立此爲證、是日我聞所不識者之言兮、 | This he ordained in Joseph for a testimony, when he went out through the land of Egypt: where I heard a language that I understood not. |
| 6 | 曰、我脫其肩之擔、釋其手之筐兮、 | I removed his shoulder from the burden: his hands were delivered from the pots. |
| 7 | 爾遭難而呼我、我卽救爾、自雷霆隱處俞允爾、試爾於米利巴水兮、 | Thou calledst in trouble, and I delivered thee; I answered thee in the secret place of thunder: I proved thee at the waters of Meribah. Selah. |
| 8 | 我民歟、爾其聽之、我則戒爾、以色列歟、深願爾聽我兮、 | Hear, O my people, and I will testify unto thee: O Israel, if thou wilt hearken unto me; |
| 9 | 爾中不可有他神、外族之神、勿崇拜兮、 | There shall no strange god be in thee; neither shalt thou worship any strange god. |
| 10 | 我乃耶和華、爾之上帝、攜爾出埃及、爾張厥口、我卽充之兮、 | I am the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it. |
| 11 | 惟我民不聽我聲、以色列不納我兮、 | But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me. |
| 12 | 我則任其剛愎厥心、依己所謀而行兮、 | So I gave them up unto their own hearts’ lust: and they walked in their own counsels. |
| 13 | 深願我民聽我、以色列遵行我道兮、 | Oh that my people had hearkened unto me, and Israel had walked in my ways! |
| 14 | 我則速制其仇、反手以攻其敵兮、 | I should soon have subdued their enemies, and turned my hand against their adversaries. |
| 15 | 憾耶和華者必屈服、我民其永存兮、 | The haters of the Lord should have submitted themselves unto him: but their time should have endured for ever. |
| 16 | 必以嘉麥食之、以磐石所出之蜜饜之兮、 | He should have fed them also with the finest of the wheat: and with honey out of the rock should I have satisfied thee. |
