| 1 | 上帝爲我避所、爲我能力、在患難中、大顯輔助兮、 | God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. |
| 2 | 故雖大地變遷、山嶽震動、移於海心、 | Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; |
| 3 | 波濤漰渤洶湧、水漲山搖、我無所懼兮、 | Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. |
| 4 | 有河支流、以悅上帝之邑、卽至上者帷幕之聖所兮、 | There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. |
| 5 | 上帝居其中、其邑不動搖、迨及黎明、上帝必扶助兮、 | God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. |
| 6 | 異族喧囂、列邦震動、上帝發聲、大地銷鎔兮、 | The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. |
| 7 | 萬軍之耶和華偕我、雅各之上帝、爲我高臺兮、○ | The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |
| 8 | 來觀耶和華所行、地上荒蕪、乃其所爲兮、 | Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth. |
| 9 | 彼戢干戈、爰及地極、折弓斷戟、火焚戰車兮、 | He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. |
| 10 | 爾其休息、知我爲上帝、我將被尊於異邦、見崇於大地兮、 | Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. |
