| 1 | 耶和華歟、我心嚮爾、 | Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. |
| 2 | 我上帝歟、我素賴爾、勿使我蒙羞、勿使我敵奏凱兮、 | O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me. |
| 3 | 企望爾者不懷慚、無端行詐者、必抱愧兮、 | Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause. |
| 4 | 耶和華歟、示我以爾道、訓我以爾徑兮、 | Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths. |
| 5 | 以爾眞理導我誨我、爾爲救我之上帝、我終日企望爾兮、 | Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day. |
| 6 | 耶和華歟、爾之矜憫慈惠、自古長存、求爾記憶兮、 | Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old. |
| 7 | 耶和華歟、我幼年之愆尤、故犯之罪過、祈勿記憶、依爾仁慈、循爾恩惠、而垂念兮、 | Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness’ sake, O Lord. |
| 8 | 耶和華乃善乃正、故以道示罪人兮、 | Good and upright is the Lord: therefore will he teach sinners in the way. |
| 9 | 謙卑之人、必導之以義、誨之以道兮、 | The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way. |
| 10 | 於守約遵法者、耶和華所行、皆仁慈誠實兮、 | All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. |
| 11 | 耶和華歟、我罪重大、因爾名而赦宥兮、 | For thy name’s sake, O Lord, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great. |
| 12 | 寅畏耶和華者誰乎、於其所選之途、必蒙訓示兮、 | What man is he that feareth the Lord? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose. |
| 13 | 居心綏安、子孫得土兮、 | His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth. |
| 14 | 耶和華與畏己者相親、必示以其約兮、 | The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. |
| 15 | 我目恆望耶和華、必脫我足於網羅兮、 | Mine eyes are ever toward the Lord; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net. |
| 16 | 予煢獨困苦、求爾轉向我、而施矜恤兮、 | Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted. |
| 17 | 我心多憂、求爾拯我於急難兮、 | The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses. |
| 18 | 垂顧我苦勞、赦宥我罪戾兮、 | Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins. |
| 19 | 鑒我仇敵、以其衆多、痛心銜憾兮、 | Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred. |
| 20 | 祈保我命、而施救援、我惟託庇於爾、勿使我懷慚兮、 | O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee. |
| 21 | 願以純良正直衞我、以我望爾兮、 | Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee. |
| 22 | 上帝歟、救贖以色列、出其諸難兮、 | Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles. |
