1 我上帝、我上帝、何遺棄予、遠離而不輔助、不聽我之呻吟兮、 My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
2 我上帝歟、我晝籲爾、不蒙俞允、我夜籲爾、不獲綏安兮、 O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
3 惟爾爲聖、以以色列之頌讚爲座兮、 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
4 我之列祖、惟爾是恃、彼倚賴爾、爾救援之兮、 Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
5 彼呼籲爾、而蒙救援、彼倚賴爾、不至愧恥兮、 They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
6 惟我乃蚓而非人、爲人凌辱、爲民藐視兮、 But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
7 凡見我者、咸加戲笑、鼓脣搖首兮、 All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,
8 曰、可託之於耶和華、俾其拯救、彼旣悅之、任其救援兮、 He trusted on the Lord that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.
9 惟爾出我於胎、在我母懷、使我賴爾兮、 But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother’s breasts.
10 予旣誕育、託身於爾、自母生我、爾爲我上帝兮、 I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother’s belly.
11 祈勿遠我、患難迫近、助我無人兮、 Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
12 多有牡牛環我、巴珊健牛圍我兮、 Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
13 向我張口、如咆哮吞噬之獅兮、 They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.
14 我見傾如水、骨節盡脫、中心如蠟、銷鎔於內兮、 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
15 精力旣枯、有如破瓦、舌貼於齦、爾置我於死地之塵兮、 My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
16 犬類圍我、惡黨環我、刺我手足兮、 For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
17 我骨可數、衆目眈眈視我兮、 I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.
18 分我外衣、鬮我衷服兮、 They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.
19 耶和華歟、勿遠離我、我之救濟、速來援助兮、 But be not thou far from me, O Lord: O my strength, haste thee to help me.
20 拯我魂於刃、救我命於犬類之勢兮、 Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.
21 爾已允我脫於兕角、祈拯我出於獅口兮、 Save me from the lion’s mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
22 我將宣爾名於昆弟、頌爾於會中兮、 I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
23 寅畏耶和華者、當讚揚之、雅各之嗣、當尊榮之、以色列之裔、當敬畏之、 Ye that fear the Lord, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.
24 困者之苦、彼未嘗輕視厭惡、未嘗掩面不顧兮、其人呼籲、乃垂聽兮、 For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.
25 我於大會之中、所頌讚者、乃由於爾、在畏爾者前、必償我願兮、 My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.
26 謙卑者必得食而飽、尋求耶和華者、必頌揚之、願爾心其永活兮、 The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the Lord that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.
27 地之四極、將念耶和華而歸之、列邦諸族、拜於其前兮、 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
28 國祚屬於耶和華、彼爲列邦之主兮、 For the kingdom is the Lord’s: and he is the governor among the nations.
29 地上之豐肥者、必飲食而敬拜兮、將歸塵土、莫保其生者、必俯伏於其前兮、 All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
30 若子若孫、必奉事之、主之經營、必傳後世兮、 A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
31 必來稱述其義、以其所行、宣示後生之民兮、 They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.
