| 3 | 主耶和華歟、爾若注意罪愆、孰能卓立兮、 | If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? |
| 4 | 惟爾施行赦宥、致見寅畏兮、 | But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. |
| 5 | 我待耶和華、我心待之、我企望其言兮、 | I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope. |
| 6 | 我心待主、切於守夜者之待旦、誠切於守夜者之待旦兮、 | My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning. |
| 7 | 以色列歟、企望耶和華、以其具有慈惠、富有救恩兮、 | Let Israel hope in the Lord: for with the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption. |
