| 1 | 我心當頌美耶和華、我衷所有、頌其聖名兮、 | Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. |
| 2 | 我心當頌美耶和華、勿忘其恩澤兮、 | Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: |
| 3 | 彼宥爾諸愆、醫爾諸疾兮、 | Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; |
| 4 | 贖爾命於死亡、冠爾以仁愛慈惠兮、 | Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; |
| 5 | 錫以嘉物、饜爾所欲、俾爾反少如鷹兮、 | Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s. |
| 6 | 耶和華行義事、爲受虐者伸寃兮、 | The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed. |
| 7 | 以其經營示摩西、以其作爲示以色列人兮、 | He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel. |
| 8 | 耶和華乃仁慈矜憫、遲於發怒、富有慈惠兮、 | The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. |
| 9 | 不恆置辯、不永懷怒兮、 | He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever. |
| 10 | 未依我罪相待、未循我愆施報兮、 | He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. |
| 11 | 在於敬畏之者、慈惠之大、如天之高於地兮、 | For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. |
| 12 | 去我罪愆、如東之遠於西兮、 | As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. |
| 13 | 敬畏之者、耶和華矜憫之、如父之恤其子兮、 | Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him. |
| 14 | 蓋知我之體質、念我爲塵土兮、 | For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. |
| 15 | 維彼世人、其日如草、其生如野花兮、 | As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth. |
| 16 | 一經風過、卽歸烏有、其地不復識之兮、 | For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more. |
| 17 | 惟敬畏耶和華、守其約、憶其律、而遵行者、耶和華之慈惠加之、其義施於子孫、自亙古至永久兮、 | But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children; |
| 18 | 惟敬畏耶和華、守其約、憶其律、而遵行者、耶和華之慈惠加之、其義施於子孫、自亙古至永久兮、 | To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them. |
| 19 | 耶和華之位立於天、其權統萬有兮、 | The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all. |
| 20 | 具有能力、成其旨、聽其命之諸使歟、其頌美耶和華、 | Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. |
| 21 | 爲其役、行其旨之諸軍歟、其頌美耶和華、 | Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure. |
| 22 | 凡其所造、在其所轄之區、其頌美耶和華、我心頌美耶和華兮、 | Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul. |
