| 1 | 安息日甫竟、七日之首日昧爽、抹大拉之馬利亞、及他馬利亞、來觀其塋、 | In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. |
| 2 | 地大震、主之使自天而下、轉移其石而坐之、 | And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. |
| 3 | 其容如電、衣白如雪、 | His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: |
| 4 | 守者恐懼、戰慄若死、 | And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. |
| 5 | 使者謂婦曰、勿懼、我知爾尋釘十架之耶穌、 | And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. |
| 6 | 彼不在此、已如其言而起矣、爾來觀主臥處、 | He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. |
| 7 | 速往告其徒、彼自死而起、先爾往加利利、在彼必見之、我已告爾矣、 | And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you. |
| 8 | 婦急離墓、懼且大喜、趨報門徒、 | And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. |
| 9 | 耶穌遇之曰、願爾安、婦前抱其足、拜之、 | And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. |
| 10 | 耶穌曰、勿懼、往報我兄弟、使適加利利、在彼必見我焉、○ | Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. |
| 11 | 婦去時、守卒入城、以所歷之事、報祭司諸長、 | Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. |
| 12 | 遂與長老集議、予卒多金、 | And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, |
| 13 | 曰、爾可云、我眠時、其徒夜來竊之、 | Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. |
| 14 | 倘聞於方伯、我則勸之、俾爾無虞、 | And if this come to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. |
| 15 | 卒受金、如所囑而行、此言徧揚猶太人中、至於今日、○ | So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day. |
| 16 | 十一門徒往加利利、至耶穌所言之山、 | Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. |
| 17 | 旣見、則拜之、然猶有疑者、 | And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. |
| 18 | 耶穌前語之曰、在天在地之權、悉予我矣、 | And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. |
| 19 | 爾往招萬民爲徒、施之以洗、俾歸父子聖神之名、 | Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: |
| 20 | 教之守我所命者、且我恆偕爾、迄於世末焉、 | Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. |
