1 於爾所居之地、勿作偶像、勿立雕像、或柱像、或勒像之石、而崇拜之、我乃耶和華、爾之上帝、 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God.
2 當守我安息日、敬我聖所、我乃耶和華也、○ Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
3 爾若循我典章、守我誡命、而遵行之、 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;
4 我必降以時雨、使土地產物、園樹結果、 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
5 俾爾碾穀延及摘葡萄、摘葡萄延及播種之時、得以果腹安居、 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
6 賜爾境內平康、可以安寢、無人恐爾、我必絕滅暴獸於斯土、刀劍不行於爾地、 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.
7 爾將追敵、以刃擊之、仆於爾前、 And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
8 爾中之人、五可驅百、百可驅萬、以刃擊敵、仆於爾前、 And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
9 我將眷顧爾、使爾繁衍昌熾、踐我與爾所立之約、 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.
10 爾食舊穀、新穀旣登、舊穀則徙、 And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.
11 我將立幕於爾中、心不厭爾、 And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
12 周遊爾間、爲爾上帝、爾爲我民、 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
13 我乃耶和華、爾之上帝、導爾出埃及、免爲其奴隸、斷爾所負之軛、俾爾昂首而行、○ I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
14 爾若不聽我言、弗遵我命、 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;
15 棄我典章、蔑我律例、違我誡命、背我盟約、 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
16 我必加以威烈、使爾身癆體熱、以致目盲神敗、播種徒勞、爲敵所食、 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
17 我必敵爾、使見擊於敵前、憾爾者將制爾、無人追襲、爾亦遁逃、 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
18 爾若仍不聽從、將懲爾罪、至於七倍、 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
19 爾恃強之驕傲、我必毀之、並使爾天若鐵、爾地若銅、 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:
20 爾徒力作、田無所產、樹不結實、 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.
21 爾尚頑梗、不欲順從、則按罪降災、至於七倍、 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.
22 使暴獸入爾境、攘爾子女、滅爾牲畜、以致戶口凋零、道途寂寞、○ I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.
23 爾猶不悛、所行逆我、 And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;
24 我必拂逆爾、緣爾之罪扑責爾、至於七倍、 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
25 我使鋒刃臨爾、以報背約之仇、爾集於邑垣、我則降疫癘於其中、付爾於敵、 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
26 旣絕餱糧、如折爾杖、十婦炊餅於一爐、權之以給、爾得食而不飽、○ And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
27 汝猶不聽從、所行逆我、 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
28 我必震怒、以拂逆爾、督責爾罪、至於七倍、 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
29 爾將食子女之肉、 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.
30 我亦毀爾崇邱、斫爾日像、以爾尸骸、擲於偶像之上、我心必厭惡爾、 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
31 俾爾邑垣荒墟、聖所寂寞、不享爾馨香、 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.
32 使爾土地荒蕪、處此之敵、無不駭異、 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
33 我必散爾於異邦、襲爾以白刃、荒涼爾土、闃寂爾邑、 And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.
34 爾旣寓於敵國、斯土荒寂、其壤則閒、而享安息、 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
35 地旣荒寂、必享安息、爾居斯土、其壤所未獲之安息、此時必得享之、 As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
36 爾之孑遺、處於敵國、必使其心頹敗、風吹葉落、聞聲而怖、彼之遁逃、若避鋒刃、卽無追者、亦必顚仆、 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
37 無人追襲、自相蹂躪、如在鋒刃之前、無力拒敵、 And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
38 爾必危亡於異邦、吞噬於敵國、 And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
39 爾之孑遺、處於敵國、爲一己之愆尤、幷前人之罪戾、日漸消亡、 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
40 是時必承己愆、及前人之罪、自認所行逆我、 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
41 我拂逆之、散之敵國、緣其不潔之心、自卑服罪、 And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
42 我則追憶我與亞伯拉罕以撒雅各所立之約、而俯念斯土、 Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
43 彼旣蔑視我律例、心厭我典章、致離故土、使田荒寂、於無人時、得享安息、代民服罪、 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
44 雖然、彼處於敵國、我不屛斥之、厭惡之、殲滅之、致廢我約、蓋我乃耶和華、彼之上帝、 And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the Lord their God.
45 昔我導其宗祖出於埃及、爲其上帝、異邦無不目擊、故我必念其約、我乃耶和華也、 But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the Lord.
46 以上典章律例法度、乃耶和華於西乃山、藉摩西與以色列人所立者、 These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the Lord made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
