1 維時、大祭司以利亞實、與其同宗祭司、起建羊門、而區別之、置扉、又建邑垣、至哈米亞樓、延及哈楠業樓、而區別之、 Then Eliashib the high priest rose up with his brethren the priests, and they builded the sheep gate; they sanctified it, and set up the doors of it; even unto the tower of Meah they sanctified it, unto the tower of Hananeel.
2 其次、耶利哥人建築、其次、音利子撒刻建築、 And next unto him builded the men of Jericho. And next to them builded Zaccur the son of Imri.
3 哈西拿衆子建魚門、上梁置扉、鎖楗俱備、 But the fish gate did the sons of Hassenaah build, who also laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
4 其次、哈哥斯孫、烏利亞子米利末修葺、其次、米示薩別孫、比利迦子米書蘭修葺、其次、巴拿子撒督修葺、 And next unto them repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah, the son of Koz. And next unto them repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabeel. And next unto them repaired Zadok the son of Baana.
5 其次、提哥亞人修葺、然彼之顯者、不肩負其主之工、 And next unto them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their Lord.
6 巴西亞子耶何耶大、比所玳子米書蘭、修葺古門、上梁置扉、鎖楗俱備、 Moreover the old gate repaired Jehoiada the son of Paseah, and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
7 其次、基遍人米拉提、米倫人雅頓、與基遍人、及河西方伯所屬之米斯巴人修葺、 And next unto them repaired Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Jadon the Meronothite, the men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, unto the throne of the governor on this side the river.
8 其次、金工哈海雅子烏薛修葺、其次、製香之哈拿尼雅修葺、彼衆修葺耶路撒冷、延至廣垣、 Next unto him repaired Uzziel the son of Harhaiah, of the goldsmiths. Next unto him also repaired Hananiah the son of one of the apothecaries, and they fortified Jerusalem unto the broad wall.
9 其次、治耶路撒冷境之半者、戶珥子利法雅修葺、 And next unto them repaired Rephaiah the son of Hur, the ruler of the half part of Jerusalem.
10 其次、哈路抹子耶大雅、修葺其室相對之處、其次、哈沙尼子哈突修葺、 And next unto them repaired Jedaiah the son of Harumaph, even over against his house. And next unto him repaired Hattush the son of Hashabniah.
11 哈琳子瑪基雅、與巴哈摩押子哈述、修葺一段、爰及爐樓、 Malchijah the son of Harim, and Hashub the son of Pahath–moab, repaired the other piece, and the tower of the furnaces.
12 其次、治耶路撒冷境之半者、哈羅黑子沙龍、及其女修葺、 And next unto him repaired Shallum the son of Halohesh, the ruler of the half part of Jerusalem, he and his daughters.
13 哈嫩及撒挪亞居民、修葺谷門、建門置扉、鎖楗俱備、復建垣一千肘、至糞場門、 The valley gate repaired Hanun, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and a thousand cubits on the wall unto the dung gate.
14 治伯哈基琳者、利甲子瑪基雅修葺糞場門、建門置扉、鎖楗俱備、 But the dung gate repaired Malchiah the son of Rechab, the ruler of part of Beth–haccerem; he built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
15 治米斯巴者、各荷西子沙崙、修葺泉門、建門、作蓋、置扉、鎖楗俱備、復建近於王囿、西羅亞沼之垣、至大衞城之階、 But the gate of the fountain repaired Shallun the son of Col–hozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by the king’s garden, and unto the stairs that go down from the city of David.
16 其次、治伯夙境之半者、押卜子尼希米修葺、至大衞墓相對之所、延及鑿成之池、至於勇士之室、 After him repaired Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, the ruler of the half part of Beth–zur, unto the place over against the sepulchres of David, and to the pool that was made, and unto the house of the mighty.
17 其次、利未人、巴尼子利宏修葺、其次、治基伊拉境之半者、哈沙比雅、爲其區域修葺、 After him repaired the Levites, Rehum the son of Bani. Next unto him repaired Hashabiah, the ruler of the half part of Keilah, in his part.
18 其次、治基伊拉境之半者、哈沙比之同宗、希拿達子巴瓦伊修葺、 After him repaired their brethren, Bavai the son of Henadad, the ruler of the half part of Keilah.
19 其次、治米斯巴者、耶書亞子以謝、修葺一段、在邑隅武庫相對之處、 And next to him repaired Ezer the son of Jeshua, the ruler of Mizpah, another piece over against the going up to the armoury at the turning of the wall.
20 其次、薩拜子巴錄、竭力修葺一段、自邑隅至大祭司以利亞實之室門、 After him Baruch the son of Zabbai earnestly repaired the other piece, from the turning of the wall unto the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest.
21 其次、哈哥斯孫、烏利亞子米利末、修葺一段、自以利亞實室門、至其室隅、 After him repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah the son of Koz another piece, from the door of the house of Eliashib even to the end of the house of Eliashib.
22 其次、居平原之祭司修葺、 And after him repaired the priests, the men of the plain.
23 其次、便雅憫與哈述、於其室前修葺、其次、亞難尼孫、瑪西雅子亞撒利雅、附近其室修葺、 After him repaired Benjamin and Hashub over against their house. After him repaired Azariah the son of Maaseiah the son of Ananiah by his house.
24 其次、希拿達子賓內、修葺一段、自亞撒利雅之室、延及城彎、至於垣隅、 After him repaired Binnui the son of Henadad another piece, from the house of Azariah unto the turning of the wall, even unto the corner.
25 烏賽子巴拉、修葺城彎相對之所、及突出之樓、附王上宮、近於獄院、其次、巴錄子毘大雅修葺、 Palal the son of Uzai, over against the turning of the wall, and the tower which lieth out from the king’s high house, that was by the court of the prison. After him Pedaiah the son of Parosh.
26 時、尼提甯人、居於俄斐勒、沿及水門之東、城樓相對之所、 Moreover the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel, unto the place over against the water gate toward the east, and the tower that lieth out.
27 其次、提哥亞人、修葺一段、在突出大樓相對之所、至俄斐勒垣、 After them the Tekoites repaired another piece, over against the great tower that lieth out, even unto the wall of Ophel.
28 自馬門而上、衆祭司修葺、各在其室相對之所、 From above the horse gate repaired the priests, every one over against his house.
29 其次、音麥子撒督、修葺其室相對之所、其次、司東門者、示迦尼子示瑪雅修葺、 After them repaired Zadok the son of Immer over against his house. After him repaired also Shemaiah the son of Shechaniah, the keeper of the east gate.
30 其次、示利米雅子哈拿尼雅、及薩拉第六子哈嫩、修葺一段、其次、比利迦子米書蘭、修葺其室相對之所、 After him repaired Hananiah the son of Shelemiah, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, another piece. After him repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah over against his chamber.
31 其次、金工瑪基雅修葺、至尼提甯人及商賈之室、在哈米弗甲門相對之所、延及邑隅之樓、 After him repaired Malchiah the goldsmith’s son unto the place of the Nethinims, and of the merchants, over against the gate Miphkad, and to the going up of the corner.
32 邑隅之樓與羊門之間、金工與商賈修葺、 And between the going up of the corner unto the sheep gate repaired the goldsmiths and the merchants.
