| 2 | Jamyo todo manda�a, y managpapa, y managquilo, y manrico, yan y mamoble. | Both low and high, rich and poor, together. |
| 3 | Y pachotto usangan y minalate; ya y jinason y corasonjo y tiningo. | My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding. |
| 4 | Bae juecungog y parabola; ya jubaba y jemjom sinanganjo gui atpa. | I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp. |
| 5 | Sajafa na maa�aoyo gui jaanen y tinaelaye, anae y tinaelayen y dedegoco jaoriyayayeyo? | Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about? |
| 6 | Ayo y umangongoco sija ni y g�inaja�ija, yan jatunanmaesaja ni y minegae y rinicon�ija; | They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches; |
| 7 | Taya guiya sija si�a umapasiye y chelu�a, ni unae si Yuus ni y rumescata g�e; | None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him: |
| 8 | (Sa y nin�libre y antin�ija, dangculo presiu�a, ya para upolu para siempre.) | (For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:) |
| 9 | Para ul�l� asta y taejinecog, ya ti ulie minitong. | That he should still live for ever, and not see corruption. |
| 10 | Sa jalie na y manmalate na taotao sija manmamataeja, y manaejinaso yan y manbababa, manmalingo, ya japolo y g�inaja�ija para y palo. | For he seeth that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others. |
| 11 | Y jinason y sumanjalom�ija, na y guima�ija usaga para taejinecog, ya y anae ma�asaga na lugat para y todo generasion sija; ya jafanaan y tano�ija, ni y naan�ijaja. | Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names. |
| 12 | Lao y taotao ti sumaga gui onra�a, parejoja yan y g�g� na matae. | Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish. |
| 13 | Este y jinanao�i�ija, y binaban�i�ijaja; ya anae esta manmapos, manmagof y taotao nu y sinangan�ija. Sila. | This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah. |
| 14 | Sija ufanquinano gui naftan parejoja yan y manadan quinilo y finatae upinasto sija; ya y manunas mangaeninasi�a gui jilo�ija gui egaan; ya y boninitu�ija, para ulachae gui jalom naftan, sa taya saga�a. | Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling. |
| 15 | Lao si Yuus unalibre y antijo gui ninasi�an y naftan; sa uresibeyo. Sila. | But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. Selah. |
| 16 | Chamo maaa�ao, yanguin guaja taotao urico; yanguin y g�inaja, y guima�a mum�megae; | Be not thou afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his house is increased; |
| 17 | Sa yanguin matae, taya uchule; y g�inaja�a, ti udinalalagg�e. | For when he dieth he shall carry nothing away: his glory shall not descend after him. |
| 18 | Achogaja anae lal�l�, dichoso y anti�a; sa matutunajao ni y taotao sija, yanguin unfamauleg mamaesajao. | Though while he lived he blessed his soul: and men will praise thee, when thou doest well to thyself. |
| 19 | Ujanao para y generasion tata�a; ti ufanmanlie manana. | He shall go to the generation of his fathers; they shall never see light. |
| 20 | Y taotao ni y maoonra, ya ti matungo; parejoja yan y g�g� ni y umatae. | Man that is in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish. |
