1 YA susede anae munjayan si Jesus jasangan este sija na sinangan, ileg�a ni disipulu�a sija; And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples,
2 Intingo na dos na jaane talo umafatinas y guipot; ya y Lajin taotao umaentrega para umatane gui quiluus. Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.
3 Ayo nae y prinsipen y mamale sija, yan y manbijo na taotao sija, manda�a gui palasyon y magas na pale, y naan�a si Caefas: Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,
4 Ya manaconseja entresija para ujacone si Jesus pot dinague, ya ujapuno. And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him.
5 Lao ileg�ija: Munga gui jaanin y guipot, sa munga na umafatinas yinaoyao gui taotao sija. But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people.
6 Ya anae estaba si Jesus guiya Betania, gui guima Simon y ategtog, Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper,
7 Mato guiya g�iya un palaoan, na guaja un boteya alabastron ung�ento na dangculo bali�a, ya jachuda gui jilo ilu�a, anae estaba gui lamasa na matatachong: There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.
8 Lao anae malie ni disipulu�a sija, ninafanlalalo, ya ileg�ija: Jafa na jagagasta este? But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?
9 Sa este na ung�ento si�a mabende pot dangculo na presio, ya ufanmanae y mamoble. For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.
10 Anae jatungo si Jesus, ileg�a nu sija: Jafa na innachatsaga y palaoan? sa jafatinas mauleg na chocho para guajo. When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.
11 Sa jamyo guaja siempre mamoble manjajamyo, lao guajo, siempre taya. For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.
12 Sa jachuda este na ung�ento gui tataotaojo, jafatinas para majafotjo. For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.
13 Magajet jusangane jamyo: Mano nae este na ebangelio na umapredica gui todo y tano, uguajaja locue este y finatinas�a este na palaoan, masangan para memorias�a. Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.
14 � Ayo nae y uno gui dose, y naan�a si Judas Iscariote, mapos malag y prinsipen y mamale sija, Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests,
15 Ya ileg�a: Jafa malagomiyo innaeyo, ya juentrega jamyo nu g�iya? Ya manmapesa para g�iya treinta pidason salape. And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.
16 Ya desde ayo, manmanaliligao lugat para umaentrega g�e. And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.
17 � Ya y finenana na jaanin gupot pan sin lebadura, manmato y disipulo gui as Jesus, ya ileg�ija: Mano nae malagojao ya infamaulequejao namo gui guipot? Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?
18 Ya ileg�a: Janao fanmalag y siuda, gui guima ayo na taotao, y insangane: Y Maestro ileg�a, y tiempoco esta jijot, iyajamyo nae jufatinas y guipot Pascua yan y disipulojo sija. And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples.
19 Ya y disipulo sija jafatinas y mantinago as Jesus, ya manalisto y guipot pascua. And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover.
20 Ya anae pupuenge g�ije na jaane, matachong gui lamasa yan y dose na disipulo; Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve.
21 Ya anae ma�ochocho g�iya ileg�a: Magajet jusangane jamyo, na uno guiya jamyo uentregayo. And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
22 Sija ninafangostriste, ya sigue di ileg�ija cada uno nu g�iya: Buente guajo, Se�ot? And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I?
23 Ayo nae manope ileg�a: Y munajalom y canae�a yan guajo gui plato, g�iya uentregayo. And he answered and said, He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me.
24 Magajet na y Lajin taotao ujanao, calang y esta matugue nu g�iya; lao ay ay para ayo na taotao ni y jaentrega y Lajin taotao! mauleg�a mojon ayo na taotao na ti umafa�ago. The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born.
25 Ayo nae manope si Judas, ni umentrega g�e, ileg�a: Guajo buente Rabi? Yleg�a nu g�iya: Jago guinin sumangan. Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, Thou hast said.
26 � Ya mientras ma�ochocho, jachule si Jesus y pan, ya jabendise, ya jaipe, ya janae y disipolu�a sija, ya ileg�a: Chule, ya cano; este y tataotaojo. And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
27 Jachule y copa, ya janae si Yuus grasias, ya janae sija ni y copa, ileg�a: Fanguimen jamyo todo. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
28 Sa este y j�g�jo gui Nuevo Testamento, ni y machuda para megae, para inasiin y isao. For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
29 Ya jusangane jamyo, na desde pago ti juguimen mas y tinegcha ubas, asta ayo na jaane anae para juguimen nuebo yan jamyo gui raenon Tata. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.
30 � Ya anae munjayan jacanta un himno, manmapos para sabana Olibo, And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
31 Ayo nae si Jesus ileg�a nu sija: Todos jamyo ufanma�oda guiya guajo ocasion inale pago na puenge; sa matugue esta: Junafa�etnot y pastot, ya y quinilo sija manmachalapon gui manada. Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.
32 Lao despues di unacajuloyo talo gui entalo manmatae, jujanao gui menanmiyo guiyo Galilea. But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee.
33 Si Pedro manope, ileg�a nu g�iya: Yaguin todos ufanma�oda guiya jago ocasion inale lao guajo ti jusoda para siempre ocasion inale. Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of thee, yet will I never be offended.
34 Si Jesus, ileg�a: Magajet jusanganejao: na pago na puenge, antes di ucanta y gayo, undagueyo tres biaje. Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.
35 Yleg�a nu guiya si Pedro: Achogaja junesesita matae yan jago, lao ti judaguejao. Yan todo y palo disipulo sija, taeg�enaoja ileg�ija locue. Peter said unto him, Though I should die with thee, yet will I not deny thee. Likewise also said all the disciples.
36 Ayo nae mato si Jesus yan sija gui g�etta na mafanaan Gethsemane, ya ileg�a ni disipulu�a sija: Fanmatachong g�ine, ya jumanaoyo ya j ufanaetae g�ije guato. Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder.
37 Ya jacone gachong�a si Pedro yan y dos lajin Sebedeo, ya jatutujon mantriste yan manmajalang. And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.
38 Ayo nae si Jesus ileg�a nu sija: Y antijo gostriste asta qui matae: fa�aga g�ine, ya infanbela yan guajo. Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.
39 Ya mamocat mona didide, tumecon ya manaetae, ileg�a: Tatajo, yaguin si�a, nafalofan este na copa guiya guajo: lao ti seg�n y minalagojo, na seg�n y minalagomo. And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
40 Ya mato gui disipulu�a sija, ya jasoda sija na manmamaego: ya ileg�a as Pedro: Jafa, ada ti si�a jamyo infanbela yan guajo una ora? And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour?
41 Fanbela ya infanmanaetae, para chamiyo fanjajalom gui tentasion: y espiritu magajet na malago lao y catne echecho. Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
42 Mapos talo gui segundo biaje ya manaetae, ileg�a: Tatajo, yaguin ti si�a este na copa malofan guiya guajo, yaguin ti juguimen, ufatinas y minalagomo. He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.
43 Ya mato, ya jasoda talo sija na manmamaego; sa y atadog�ija manmacat. And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy.
44 Ya jadingo sija, mapos talo ya manaetae gui mina tres biaje, jasangan ayoja na sinangan. And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words.
45 Ayo nae mato gui disipulu�a sija, ya ileg�a: Infanmamaegoja, pago, yan infandescacansaja; estag�e na mato y ora, ya y Lajin taotao esta maentrega gui canae y manisao sija. Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
46 Fangajulo na nije tafanjanao; estag�e esta mato y umentregayo. Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me.
47 � Ya y tiempoja anae cumuecuentos g�e, estag�e si Judas, uno gui dose, mato ma�isija yan un dangculon linajyan taotao, manma�u�ule espada yan galute, tinago y prinsipen y mamale sija yan y manamco na taotao sija. And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people.
48 Yan umentrega g�e, mannae esta se�at, ileg�a: Y juchico, g�iya; guesguot. Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast.
49 Ya enseguidas matog�e gui as Jesus, ya ileg�a nu g�iya: Minagof, Maestro! ya jachico. And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him.
50 Ya si Jesus, ileg�a nu g�iya: Amigo, jafajao na mato? Ayo nae manmato sija ya maguot si Jesus, ya macone. And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him.
51 Ya, estag�e, uno gui mangachong si Jesus, jajuto y canae�a, ya jalagnos y espada�a, y janalamen uno gui tentago y prinsipen y mamale sija, janajanao un talanga. And, behold, one of them which were with Jesus stretched out his hand, and drew his sword, and struck a servant of the high priest’s, and smote off his ear.
52 Ayo nae si Jesus ileg�a nu g�iya: Natalo guato y espadamo gui saga�a; sa todo y manma�u�ule espada, nu y espadaja ufanpinino. Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.
53 Ada jinasomo na ti si�ayo jutayuyut si Tata pago, ya g�iya unaeyo enseguidas mas di dose legion na angjet sija? Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
54 Lao jaftaemano macumple y Tinigue sija; sa matugue na taeg�enao nesesita umafatinas este? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?
55 Ayo na ora ileg�a si Jesus ni linajyan taotao: Manmato jamyo parejo yan contra y saque, na manma�u�ule jamyo espada yan galute para inqueneyo? Cada jaane manjijitaja guajo matachong gui templo, mamnanag�e nu jamyo, ya ti inqueneyo. In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staves for to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me.
56 Lao todo este umafatinas, para umacumple y Tinigue sija ni y profeta sija. Ayo nae todo y disipulu�a sija madingo g�e, ya manmalago. But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.
57 � Ya ayo sija y cumone si Jesus, macone g�e guato gui as Caefas, magas na pale, anae manestaba y escriba sija yan y manamco na mandada�a. And they that had laid hold on Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled.
58 Lao si Pedro, dinalalag g�e chago asta qui mato gui colat y magas na pale; ya jumalom ya manmatachong yan y tentago sija, para ulie y uttimo. But Peter followed him afar off unto the high priest’s palace, and went in, and sat with the servants, to see the end.
59 Ya y prinsipen y mamale sija yan todo y inetnon ofisiat, manmanaliligao ni ti magajet na testimonio contra si Jesus, para umapuno. Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death;
60 Lao ni uno ma�oda; achogja mato megae na ti manmagajet na testigo. Lao y uttimo manmato dos, But found none: yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses,
61 Na ileg�ija, Este na taotao ileg�a: Guajo si�a juyulang papa este na gumayuus, ya junacajulo gui tres na jaane. And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.
62 Ya cajulo y magas y mamale, ya ileg�a nu g�iya: Ti unfanope ni jafa? Jafa este na testimonio contra jago? And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?
63 Lao si Jesus mamatquiloja. Ya y magas y mamale ileg�a nu g�iya: Jutayuyutjao pot y lal�l� na Yuus, na unsanganejam cao jago si Cristo, Lajin Yuus. But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.
64 Si Jesus ileg�a nu g�iya: Jago guinin sumangan. Ya jusangane jamyo na desde pago inlie y Lajin taotao na matatachong gui agapa y ugaeninasi�a na canae, ya umamaela gui jalom y mapagajes sija gui langet. Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
65 Ayo nae y magas y mamale, jatiteg y magagu�a, ya ileg�a: Cumuentos chatfino contra si Yuus: jafa mas na utanesesita testigo sija? Estag�e esta pago na injingog y chinatfino contra si Yuus. Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy.
66 Jafa pinelonmimiyo? Sija manmanope ileg�ija: Jamerese y finatae. What think ye? They answered and said, He is guilty of death.
67 Ayo nae matolae y mata�a yan patmada g�e; ya y palo manafa�etnot nu y dinemo; Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands,
68 Ya ileg�ija: Profetisayejam, O Cristo! jayejao munafa�etnot? Saying, Prophesy unto us, thou Christ, Who is he that smote thee?
69 � Ya ayo na tiempo si Pedro estaba matatachong gui sumanjiyong gui guelat; ya mato guija g�iya un palaoan tentago, ya ileg�a: Manjajamjo locue yan si Jesus y Galileo. Now Peter sat without in the palace: and a damsel came unto him, saying, Thou also wast with Jesus of Galilee.
70 Lao g�iya jadague gui menan todos, ileg�a: Ti jutungo jafa ilelegmo. But he denied before them all, saying, I know not what thou sayest.
71 Ya anae jumuyong gui petta; linie ni otro palaoan, ya ileg�a ni ayo y manestaba g�ije: Este locue ma�isija yan si Jesus Nasareno. And when he was gone out into the porch, another maid saw him, and said unto them that were there, This fellow was also with Jesus of Nazareth.
72 Ya jadague talo ya manjula ileg�a: Ti jutungo ayo na taotao. And again he denied with an oath, I do not know the man.
73 Ti apmam despues manmato sija y mangaegue g�ije, ya ileg�ija as Pedro: Magajet na jago locue uno guiya sija; sa y sinanganmo dumiclalara jao. And after a while came unto him they that stood by, and said to Peter, Surely thou also art one of them; for thy speech bewrayeth thee.
74 Ayo nae jatutujon mumatdise, yan manjula, ileg�a: Ti jutungo ayo na taotao. Ya enseguidas cumanta y gayo. Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew.
75 Ya jajaso si Pedro y sinangan Jesus ni ileg�a: Antes di ucanta y gayo, undagueyo tres biaje. Ya mapos juyong ya gueftumanges. And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And he went out, and wept bitterly.
