1 GUAJA dos na jaane antes di guipot y pascua yan y taelibadura na pan: ya y magas mamale sija, yan y escriba sija, maaliligao jaftaemano para umafababa, ya umacone, ya umapuno. After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death.
2 Lao ileg�ija: Munga gui guipot na jaane, sa noseaja uguaja atboroto ni y taotao sija. But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar of the people.
3 � Ya anae estaba guiya Betania, gui guima Simon y ategtog, ya matachong gui lamasa para uchocho; mato un palaoan ma�u�ule un alabastro na boteyan ingg�enten puro nardo, na gosguaguan; ya mafag y boteya, ya jachuda gui jilo y ilon Jesus. And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and poured it on his head.
4 Ya guaja sija ninafanbubo sanjalom�ija, ya ileg�ija: Jafa este na ingg�ente na manalalastimaja? And there were some that had indignation within themselves, and said, Why was this waste of the ointment made?
5 Mauleg�a umabende pot tresientos peseta, ya ufanmanae y mamobble: ya malalatde y palaoan. For it might have been sold for more than three hundred pence, and have been given to the poor. And they murmured against her.
6 Lao si Jesus ileg�a: Polog�e namaesa. Jafaja na inatbororota g�e? Mauleg finatinas�a nu guajo. And Jesus said, Let her alone; why trouble ye her? she hath wrought a good work on me.
7 Sa manjajamyoja yan y mamobble siempre; ya ngaeanja nae manmalago jamyo, infatinasja mauleg guiya sija: lao guajo ti tafanjijitaja siempre. For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.
8 G�iya jafatinas taemanoja y ninasi�a�a: g�iya mato antes, para uingg�entiye y tataotaojo, para y naftan. She hath done what she could: she is come aforehand to anoint my body to the burying.
9 Magajet jusangane jamyo: Manoja este na ebangelio nae mapredica, gui todo y tano, este locue y finatinas�a umasangan, para memorias�a. Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.
10 � Ya si Judas Iscariote, uno gui dose, mapos malag y magas mamale, para umentrega g�e guiya sija. And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief priests, to betray him unto them.
11 Ya anae majungog, ninafansenmagof, ya mapromete manae g�e salape. Ya jaaliligao jaftaemano para uinentrega. And when they heard it, they were glad, and promised to give him money. And he sought how he might conveniently betray him.
12 � Ya y finenana na jaane y taelibadura na pan, anae maofrese y pascua, y disipulu�a ileg�ija nu g�iya; Manojam malagomo guato ya infamauleg nae para unchocho gui pascua? And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover?
13 Ya jatago y dos gui disipulu�a, ya ileg�a nu sija: Janao fanmalag y siuda, sa infanasoda g�ije yan un taotao na mangangatga un jarran janom: dalalag g�e. And he sendeth forth two of his disciples, and saith unto them, Go ye into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him.
14 Ya amanoja nae jumalom, alog ni y taotao guma: Y Maestro, ileg�a: Mangue y aposento ni y anae para infa�ocho gui pascua yan y disipulujo? And wheresoever he shall go in, say ye to the goodman of the house, The Master saith, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?
15 Ya g�iya infanfinanue un dangculo na cuatto; esta mafamauleg yan listo; ayo nae famauleg para jita. And he will shew you a large upper room furnished and prepared: there make ready for us.
16 Ya y disipulu�a sija manmapos, ya manmato gui siuda, ya jasoda jaftaemano y mansinangane sija: ya mafamauleg para y pascua. And his disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.
17 � Ya y pupuenge mato yan y dose. And in the evening he cometh with the twelve.
18 Ya anae manmatatachong ya ma�ochocho, si Jesus ileg�a: Magajet jusangane jamyo: Uno guiya jamyo umentregayo; g�iyaja uchumocho yan guajo. And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eateth with me shall betray me.
19 Ayo nae ninafangostriste, ya ileg�ija nu g�iya uno yan otro: Guajo? y otro ileg�a: Guajo? And they began to be sorrowful, and to say unto him one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I?
20 Ayo nae manope ileg�a nu sija: Uno gui dose ni y jumajame manotche gui tason. And he answered and said unto them, It is one of the twelve, that dippeth with me in the dish.
21 Y Lajin taotao magajet na mapos, ni y esta matugue pot g�iya: lao namaase ayo na taotao ni y jaentrega y Lajin taotao. Mauleg�a ayo na taotao na ti umafa�ago. The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born.
22 � Ya anae ma�ochocho, jachule si Jesus y pan, ya jabendise, ya jaipe, ya janae sija, ileg�a: Chile ya incano, sa este y tataotaojo. And as they did eat, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat: this is my body.
23 Ya jachule y posuelo, ya anae munjayan janae grasia, janae sija: ya todos manguimen. And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they all drank of it.
24 Ya ileg�a nu sija: Este y j�g�jo, gui nuebo na testamento, ni machuda pot y megae. And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.
25 Magajet jusangane jamyo, na ti juguimen talo ni y tinegcha ubas, asta ayo na jaane, na juguimen nuebo gui raenon Yuus. Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.
26 Ya anae munjayan macanta un himno, manmapos manmalag y finabeca Olibo. And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
27 � Ya si Jesus ileg�a nu sija: Todos jamyo infaninefende pot guajo; sa esta matugue: Bae jupanag y pastot, ya y quinilo sija ufanmachalapon. And Jesus saith unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.
28 Lao despues di l�l�yo talo, ya cumajuloyo, jujanao esta y menanmiyo guiya Galilea. But after that I am risen, I will go before you into Galilee.
29 Ayo nae si Pedro ileg�a: Achogja todos maninefende; lao guajo aje. But Peter said unto him, Although all shall be offended, yet will not I.
30 Ya sinangane as Jesus ileg�a: Magajet jusanganejao na jago pagoja na puenge, antes qui uoo dos biaje y gayo, unpuneyo tres biaje. And Jesus saith unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this day, even in this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice.
31 Lao guiya janaguefchadeg y cuentos�a, ileg�a: Yanguin jumitamatae, ti jupunejao ni jaftaemano. Taeg�ineja locue sinangan�ija todos. But he spake the more vehemently, If I should die with thee, I will not deny thee in any wise. Likewise also said they all.
32 � Ya manmato un lugat na y naa�a Gethsemane: ya ileg�a ni y disipulu�a sija: Fanmatatachong g�ine, mientras mananaetaeyo. And they came to a place which was named Gethsemane: and he saith to his disciples, Sit ye here, while I shall pray.
33 Ya jacone gachong�a si Pedro, yan si Santiago, yan si Juan, ya jatutujon manmajalang, yan mangostriste, And he taketh with him Peter and James and John, and began to be sore amazed, and to be very heavy;
34 Ya ileg�a nu sija: Y antijo sentriste asta qui jumatae; fa�aga g�ine, ya iafanmamulan. And saith unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death: tarry ye here, and watch.
35 Ya jumanao mona didide, dumimo papa gui jilo oda, ya manaetae, na yanguin si�a, ufalofan y ora guiya g�iya. And he went forward a little, and fell on the ground, and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from him.
36 Ya ileg�a: Abba, Tata: todo y g�inaja mansi�a para jago; nasuja este y posuelo guiya guajo: lao ti taemanoja minalagojo, na y minalagomo. And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.
37 Ya mato talo guato ya jasoda sija manmaego, ya ileg�a as Pedro: Simon mamaegojao? ti si�ajao bumela un oraja? And he cometh, and findeth them sleeping, and saith unto Peter, Simon, sleepest thou? couldest not thou watch one hour?
38 Fanbela, yan infanmanaetae; para chamiyo fanjajalom gui tentasion: Y Espiritu magajet na malago; lao y catne echecho. Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.
39 Ya jumanao talo ya manaetae ya ayoja mismo na sinangan. And again he went away, and prayed, and spake the same words.
40 Ya anae tumalo guato jasoda talo sija na manmamaego: sa y atadog�ija mangosmacat, ya ti ujatungo jafa umaope g�e. And when he returned, he found them asleep again, (for their eyes were heavy,) neither wist they what to answer him.
41 Ya mato talo gui mina tres biaje, ya ileg�a nu sija: Fanmaego pago, ya infandescansa: esta najong; y ora esta mato; lie y Lajin taotao na maentrega gui canae y manisao sija. And he cometh the third time, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: it is enough, the hour is come; behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
42 Fangajulo ya nije tafanjanao; sa esta y umentregayo jijot. Rise up, let us go; lo, he that betrayeth me is at hand.
43 Ya enseguidas, mientras cumuecuentos, mato si Judas, uno gui dose, ya ma�isija yan un linajyan taotao, manma�u�ule espada, yan galute guinen y magas mamale, yan y escriba, yan y manamco sija. And immediately, while he yet spake, cometh Judas, one of the twelve, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders.
44 Ya ayo y umentrega g�e, mannae se�at, ileg�a: Jaye y juchico, g�iya ayo: guiot ya inquene na seguro. And he that betrayed him had given them a token, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he; take him, and lead him away safely.
45 Ya enseguidas nae matog�e, jumajanaoja guato guiya g�iya, ya ileg�a: Maestro; ya jachico. And as soon as he was come, he goeth straightway to him, and saith, Master, master; and kissed him.
46 Ya ayonae mapolo canae sija gui jilo�a ya macone. And they laid their hands on him, and took him.
47 Ya uno guiya sija ni y tumotojgue gui oriya, jalagnos y espada�a, ya jataga y tentago y magas mamale, ya jautut talanga�a. And one of them that stood by drew a sword, and smote a servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear.
48 Ya manope si Jesus ileg�a nu sija: Ada manmato jamyo calang contra y saque, na manma�u�ule jamyo espada, yan galute para inguiotyo? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Are ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and with staves to take me?
49 Guinen manjijitaja todo y jaane gui templo manmamananag�e, ya ti inquequeneyo? lao mafatinas este para umacumple y tinigue. I was daily with you in the temple teaching, and ye took me not: but the scriptures must be fulfilled.
50 Ya madingo, ya manmalago todos. And they all forsook him, and fled.
51 � Ya dinalalagg�e un patgon na taotao, na jatatampe g�e un s�banas, sa taya magagago: ya y mamatgon sija na taotao, maguot g�e. And there followed him a certain young man, having a linen cloth cast about his naked body; and the young men laid hold on him:
52 Lao g�iya japolo y s�banas, ya malago sin magago. And he left the linen cloth, and fled from them naked.
53 � Ya macone si Jesus para y magas na pale: ya manda�a y manmagas mamale yan y manamco, yan y escriba sija. And they led Jesus away to the high priest: and with him were assembled all the chief priests and the elders and the scribes.
54 Ya si Pedro dinalalag g�e, lao chago, asta gui sanjalom, sanjalom y palasyon y magas na pale: ya matachong yan y tentago sija, ya janama maope g�e gui guafe. And Peter followed him afar off, even into the palace of the high priest: and he sat with the servants, and warmed himself at the fire.
55 Ya y magas mamale, yan todo y inetnon ofisiat, manmanaliligao testimonio contra si Jesus para umapuno; lao taya masoda. And the chief priests and all the council sought for witness against Jesus to put him to death; and found none.
56 Sa megae manmannae ti manmagajet na testimonio contra g�iya: lao y testimonio�ija ti manparejo. For many bare false witness against him, but their witness agreed not together.
57 Ya mangajulo palo ni manmannae contra g�iya y testimonio na ti manmagajet, ileg�ija: And there arose certain, and bare false witness against him, saying,
58 Injingog y ileg�a: Juyulang este na templo, ni y mafatinas nu canae, ya y tres na jaane, janacajulo talo otro na ti finatinas canae. We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.
59 Lao este na testimonio�ija, locue ti manparejo. But neither so did their witness agree together.
60 Ya y magas na pale tumojgue julo gui talolo, ya jafaesen si Jesus ileg�a: Ti unfanope ni jafa? Jafa este sija na testimonio�ija contra jago? And the high priest stood up in the midst, and asked Jesus, saying, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?
61 Lao mamatquiquiloja, taya inepe�a. Tumalo y magas na pale finaesen ileg�a: Jago si Jesucristo Lajin y Bendito? But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?
62 Ya si Jesus ileg�a: Guajo; ya umamaela y tiempo anae inlie y Lajin taotao matatachong gui agapa y gaeninasi�a na canae, ya umamaela gui jalom y mapagajes y langet. And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
63 Ayonae y magas na pale, jatiteg y magagu�a, ya ileg�a: Para jafajit palo testigo sija? Then the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any further witnesses?
64 Injingogja y chinatfino�a contra si Yuus: Jafa jinasonmimiyo? Ya todos manma�entensia para umapuno. Ye have heard the blasphemy: what think ye? And they all condemned him to be guilty of death.
65 Ya y palo matutujon matolae, yan matatampe mata�a, yan mapatmada, ya ileg�ija nu g�iya: Profetisa: ya y ofisiat sija rumesibe g�e ya japatmada ni y canae�ija. And some began to spit on him, and to cover his face, and to buffet him, and to say unto him, Prophesy: and the servants did strike him with the palms of their hands.
66 � Ya anae si Pedro gaegue gue sanpapa gui palasyo, mato un palaoan tentago y magas na pale: And as Peter was beneath in the palace, there cometh one of the maids of the high priest:
67 Ya anae jalie si Pedro na janamamaepe g�e, jaatan ya ileg�a: Jago locue manjajamyo yan si Jesus Nasareno? And when she saw Peter warming himself, she looked upon him, and said, And thou also wast with Jesus of Nazareth.
68 Lao jadague ileg�a: Ti jutungo, ni jutungo jafa ilelegmo. Ya mapos juyong gui cajida; ya umoo y gayo. But he denied, saying, I know not, neither understand I what thou sayest. And he went out into the porch; and the cock crew.
69 Ya linie talo ni y palaoan, ya jatutujon sumangane ayo sija y manotojgue gui oriya�a: Este uno guiya sija. And a maid saw him again, and began to say to them that stood by, This is one of them.
70 Ya jadague talo. Ti apmam ayo y manotojgue gui oriya ileg�ija as Pedro: Magajet na jago uno guiya sija? sa jago taotao Galileajao. And he denied it again. And a little after, they that stood by said again to Peter, Surely thou art one of them: for thou art a Galilean, and thy speech agreeth thereto.
71 Lao jatutujon mamatdise yan manjula ya ileg�a: Ti jutungo este na taotao y insasangan. But he began to curse and to swear, saying, I know not this man of whom ye speak.
72 Ya enseguidas y mina dos biaje umoo y gayo. Jajaso si Pedro y sinangan, jaftaemano si Jesus nu g�iya ileg�a: Antes que uoo y gayo dos biaje, undagueyo tres biaje. Ya anae jajaso, tumanges. And the second time the cock crew. And Peter called to mind the word that Jesus said unto him, Before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice. And when he thought thereon, he wept.
