| 2 | Herren bønnhøre dig på nødens dag, Jakobs Guds navn berge dig! | Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; |
| 3 | Han sende dig hjelp fra helligdommen og støtte dig fra Sion! | Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah. |
| 4 | Han komme alle dine matoffer i hu og finne ditt brennoffer godt! Sela. | Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel. |
| 5 | Han gi dig efter ditt hjerte og fullbyrde alt ditt råd! | We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the Lord fulfil all thy petitions. |
| 6 | Måtte vi kunne juble over din frelse og løfte seiersmerket i vår Guds navn! Herren opfylle alle dine bønner! | Now know I that the Lord saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand. |
