1	Die Nachkommen von König David Das waren die Söhne von David, die ihm in Hebron geboren wurden: Als erster wurde Amnon geboren, von Ahinoam aus Jesreel. Als zweiter wurde Daniel geboren, von Abigajil aus Karmel.	Now these were the sons of David, which were born unto him in Hebron; the firstborn Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess:
2	Sein dritter war Abschalom, der Sohn der Maacha. Sie war die Tochter des Königs Talmai von Geschur. Sein vierter war Adonija, der Sohn der Haggit.	The third, Absalom the son of Maachah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur: the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith:
3	Sein fünfter war Schefatja, der Sohn der Abital. Als sechster wurde Jitream geboren, von Egla, der Frau Davids.	The fifth, Shephatiah of Abital: the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife.
4	Diese Söhne wurden David in Hebron geboren. Dort war David sieben Jahre und sechs Monate lang König. In Jerusalem war er dann 33 Jahre König.	These six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.
5	Und das waren die Söhne, die ihm in Jerusalem geboren wurden: Schima, Schobab, Natan, Salomo – vier Söhne von Batseba, der Tochter des Ammiel.	And these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bath–shua the daughter of Ammiel:
6	Dazu kamen Jibhar, Elischama, Elifelet,	Ibhar also, and Elishama, and Eliphelet,
7	Nogah, Nefeg, Jafia,	And Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,
8	Elischama, Eljada und Elifelet – neun Kinder von anderen Frauen.	And Elishama, and Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.
9	Sie alle waren Söhne Davids. Tamar war ihre Schwester. Dazu kamen die Söhne der Nebenfrauen.	These were all the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.
10	Die Nachkommen von König Salomo Salomo war Vater von Rehabeam, Großvater von Abija und Urgroßvater von Asa. Die Linie lässt sich weiterverfolgen über Joschafat,	And Solomon’s son was Rehoboam, Abia his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,
11	Joram, Ahasja, Joasch,	Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,
12	Amazja, Asarja, Jotam,	Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
13	Ahas, Hiskija, Manasse	Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
14	und Amon bis zu Joschija.	Amon his son, Josiah his son.
15	Johanan war der erstgeborene Sohn von Joschija, Jojakim der zweite, Zidkija der dritte und Schallum der vierte.	And the sons of Josiah were, the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
16	Jojakim war Vater von Jojachin und Zidkija.	And the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.
17	Jojachin wurde gefangen genommen. Seine Söhne waren: Schealtiel,	And the sons of Jeconiah; Assir, Salathiel his son,
18	Malkiram, Pedaja, Schenazzar, Jekamja, Hoschama und Nedabja.	Malchiram also, and Pedaiah, and Shenazar, Jecamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.
19	Die Söhne von Pedaja waren: Serubbabel und Schimi. Die Söhne Serubbabels waren: Meschullam und Hananja. Schelomit war ihre Schwester.	And the sons of Pedaiah were, Zerubbabel, and Shimei: and the sons of Zerubbabel; Meshullam, and Hananiah, and Shelomith their sister:
20	Pedaja hatte noch fünf weitere Söhne: Haschuba, Ohel, Berechja, Hasadja und Juschab-Hesed.	And Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushab–hesed, five.
21	Die Söhne von Hananja waren: Pelatja, Jeschaja, Refaja, Arnan, Obadja und Schechanja.	And the sons of Hananiah; Pelatiah, and Jesaiah: the sons of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Obadiah, the sons of Shechaniah.
22	Zu den Nachkommen von Schechanja gehörten außer seinem Sohn Schemaja seine Enkel: Hattusch, Jigal, Bariach, Nearja und Schafat. Schechanja hatte also sechs Nachkommen.	And the sons of Shechaniah; Shemaiah: and the sons of Shemaiah; Hattush, and Igeal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
23	Die Söhne Nearjas waren Eljoenai, Hiskija und Asrikam. Nearja hatte also drei Söhne.	And the sons of Neariah; Elioenai, and Hezekiah, and Azrikam, three.
24	Die Söhne Eljoenais waren: Hodawja, Eljaschib, Pelaja, Akkub, Johanan, Delaja und Anani. Eljoenai hatte also sieben Söhne.	And the sons of Elioenai were, Hodaiah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Dalaiah, and Anani, seven.
